We Love Love Love separates suits at Thick as Thieves. I think it's a great way to look smart with just enough casual vibe. It's also the best way to expand your wardrobe without buying anything new if you have a few suits to mix/match from. This example is in flannel, navy flannel jacket with burgundy flannel trouser.
